E.G. Furniture Opens showroom at San Francisco Mart

E.G. Furniture has opened a showroom at the San Francisco Mart for Summer Market '98. This Canadian company will be located in Mart 1, space 381 and will occupy 1,255 square feet. "We've opened a showroom to support and expand our western distribution by establishing a permanent presence at the Mart so as to make E.G. as accessible to buyers as possible," says Andrew Ochman, sales manager. E.G. Furniture manufactures glider rockers in wood and metal, as well as children's furntiure. They use birch and maple hardwoods along with acatalyzed non-toxic finishes for their products. The San Francisco Mart, the West Coast's largest home furnishings center, hosts biannual Markets that are open to buyers, members of the home furnishings industry, the design trade and members of the press. The next Markets are: Summer Market '98, held from July 24-28, 1998; Winter Market '99, held from January 15-19, 1999; and Summer Market '99, held from July 23-27, 1999. The San Francisco Mart is located at 1355 Market St., between Ninth and Tenth Streets, in San Francisco.
