Women In The Home Industries Today--or WithIt, for short--will hold a North East/Metropolitan New York regional networking-panel discussion in New York City from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17th, at the 225 5th Avenue Building. The panel discussion is derived from the book, "The Business of Bliss", developed by Victoria Magazine and published by William Morrow. Featured in the book are the stories of women from around the country who have turned their creative passions into a business. The panelists will talk about the inspiration that led to starting their companies, practical reasons that have contributed to their success, and the factors that have helped to expand and grow their business. The panelists are: Nancy Koltes, designer, Bed Linens; Susan Kelly Panian, Whispering Pines Home Catalog; and Cornelia Powel, Cornelia Powel Designs. Nancy Lindenmeyer, editor of Victoria Magazine, will be the moderator. WithIt invites all professional women in the home industries to attend this regional breakfast panel discussion/meeting and consider membership.
