San Francisco Mart Accommodates Tenants For Expansions & Relocations

With very limited space available, the San Francisco Mart has carved out some square footage for tenant expansions and relocations. "Expansions enable our tenants to maximize their Market potential by showing their full product assortments." says Roseann Carini. senior vice president of leasing. "This stimulates their Market business and strengthens the Mart overall.
As of June 16, the following manufacturers are expanding or relocating within the Mart.
Action Industries is expanding its space 900, Mart 1 by 2,600 square feet. They now have the room to show all their product categories in a first class manner.
Aspen Furniture. by 6 10 square feet.
California Craftsman (CalCraft), by 2.,292 square feet.
Fairmont Designs is increasing its presence in space 10 12, Mart 2 by 1 .794 square feet.
Furniture Forum, into third location, space 462. Mart 1.
John Charles Designs, into third location, for Transitions line, space 515, Mart 1.
Windsor Art is doubling its space in a second location at space 414, Mart 1.
Winners Only, by 1.472 square feet.
AICO/Amini Innovation is increasing to 2.024 square feet by relocating to space 893, Mart 1.
Ital Art Design is relocating to space 509, Mart 1, and increasing footage by 1,202 square feet.
Land & Sky Manufacturing is relocating to space 612, Mart 2, and expanding by 1.196 square feet to a total of 2,392 square feet. In this new space, they will show their softside and hardside flotation mattresses and flotation accessories, air mattresses and innerspring mattresses.
By moving to space 614. Mart 2. Reel Furniture is tripling their showroom size to house their oak bedroom, china cabinets, curios and bookcases. They will also showcase their Australian hardwood collection, Melbourne, which is more durable than oak and available in two finishes.
