Moosehead Manufacturing Company capped off a successful fall market with a Monday night awards presentation. The company awarded its Moose Of The Market to Connecticut/Rhode Island sales representative, David Horan. This is Horan's second award for outstanding sales during the market. Sales and marketing manager, Russ Page, presented Horan with a stuffed moose, symbol of his achievement and his name will be added to a commemorative plaque permanently displayed at the Moosehead showrooms in the International Home Furnishings Center. David joined the company three years ago and makes his home in Bristol, Connecticut with his wife and two daughters. Special recognition was also given to Skip Link (Massachusetts) for winning a contest on industry and product knowledge. Horan picked up another award for winning Moosehead's sales poker contest. Moosehead is a Maine-based manufacturer of solid maple and solid ash infant, youth and master bedroom, dining room and occasional tables. The company operates two plants and employs about 250.
