Shepherd Management Group has recruited international business executive Patricio G. Porras as a multilingual trainer who will open the Latin American market for the company. The addition of Porras will help Shepherd bring its customer driven sales philosophy to Latin America and Spanish-speaking markets in the U.S. Porras is fluent in Spanish and has training in French and Japanese. With 15 years of international management experience, Porras has launched new product lines, designed long term sales strategies, opened new markets, and assisted in fuming around distressed operations. Porras has served as International Director for Infomexico International Services; Director- International Sales & Service for Greyhound Lines, Inc.; Operations Manager for Circuit City Stores, Inc.; and, District Manager for Payless Shoesource. He is also a former Marine. "The addition of Patricio to our staff marks a new era for Shepherd. We can now offer training in Spanish, which will help us break into the South American market as well as providing our U.S. clients in Spanish-speaking areas with Spanish instruction," CEO Ted Shepherd explained.
