Three Progressive Retailers Sign with STORIS

The Mattress Company, Mesa TV and Appliance, and FrontRoom Furnishings, LCC, have each joined forces with STORIS. Each of the three clients have chosen to utilize Vision R8, STORIS' latest windows based software offering. "As a Bedding Industry Retailer with three stores and a fourth addition expected in June, we needed a software system that could handle a multitude of applications, we found just that in STORIS. The Mattress Company, a locally owned and operated family business since 1992, is based in Fremont, Ohio with additional locations in Sandusky and Norwalk, Ohio. The Mattress Company will take advantage of several companion applications in addition to STORIS' standard product applications. The additional applications include EIS, Customer Service, and Label Matrix Interface. Mesa TV and Appliance, located in Mesa, Arizona, features affordable, name-brand appliance and electronics, bedding, and furniture pieces. With two stores to watch over, plus an additional warehouse, Owner Louis Moses feels that his business will benefit most from "improved inventory control, serial number, and warranty management." "With multiple stores carrying a large selection of appliances, bedding, and furniture, we found that STORIS could successfully handle each of these sectors within one complete system." Additional applications such as Label Matrix Interface and EIS will help Mesa to achieve the intended results. The new furniture venture of Ken Paul, former President and Co-Owner of Sofa Express, is FrontRoom Furnishings, headquartered in Pickerington, Ohio. Mr. Paul and his leadership team chose the STORIS system after an extensive review of many furniture software companies. "Our team just felt that STORIS offered the best of both worlds," said Paul.
