Hästens Opens Store Engineered For Design Trade Professionals

Hästens announced that it has opened its new East 58th Street Sleep Spa store in New York City, an intimate buying experience in one of New York’s Interior Design Districts.

Hästens’ new store at East 58th and 3rd Avenue offers a luxurious, intensely personal experience, the perfect stop for decorators and designers. Although engineered for design trade professionals, the store is open to the public and encourages all bed browsers and sleep lovers to experience a Hästens bed away from the clutter of the city. The new store encourages guests to make an emotional connection to the beds by guiding them through four “sleep zones.” Each zone is created to engage, educate, and put guests at ease, allowing them to discover their ideal bed preferences.

  • Zone One: Enter the store and catch sight of a single, instantly recognizable Hästens bed with its iconic blue check fabric and logo.

  • Zone Two: In the “Heart” section of the store, learn how to achieve the best sleep. Inform yourself with testimonials from the owners of Hästens beds as well as a video on the different features of models, and then get tactile, feeling all the materials that constitute a Hästens mattress. You’ll also have the chance to touch accessories, like down pillows and linens in different firmness and textures. 

  • Zone Three: The ultimate experience is made at the Hästens “Sleep Spa.” Choose the perfect bed in relaxing, dim light while calming Reiki healing music plays in the background. After removing your coat and shoes at the check-in area, you’ll be given a personal pillow and slippers to take with you as move from bed to bed. Lie down and take a nap in the privacy of a drawn curtain, truly experiencing the pleasures of a Hästens.

  • Zone Four: You’ve reached the “Personalization” area. A sales expert will help you choose and personalize your bed to your perfect standards and tastes. After your selection, finish your checkout process in the bed to celebrate your purchase.
