Latex International Promotes 20 Year Manufacturing Executive To Vice President Of Operations

Latex International, the world’s largest Talalay Latex component producer, announced that Kimberly Fisher has been promoted to vice president of operations, overseeing all day-to-day functions of the company’s human resources, logistics, purchasing and customer service divisions.

Fisher joined the company in 2013 as director of sales support. Before joining Latex International, she was a plant manager for Mueller Water Products Division in Texas where she spent 16 years championing continuous improvement and implementing lean business practices in its gas products division. Fisher has experience in supply chain management, human resources, team building, management information systems and customer relations.

“Since joining Latex International early last year, Kimberly has already demonstrated a high level of leadership that has been instrumental in streamlining our customer service processes. She has brought a tremendous amount of experience and talent to our company that has helped us with our aggressive growth strategy,” said Latex International President and Chief Executive Officer David Fisher.

Fisher received her degree from Thomas More College where she majored in industrial and organizational psychology and computer programming.

She currently resides in Milford, Connecticut with her husband. The couple has one daughter, Bonnie, who resides in London.
