RFA Decor Welcomes Britt Albright as Creative Director

RFA Decor, A Rosenbaum Art Company, reported that it has hired Britt Albright as Creative Director. In this newly created position, Albright will oversee the implementation of the company’s new RFA Decor branding for its wholesale/retail division; product development; merchandising; and retail/showroom planning including the design and merchandising of the new RFA Decor showroom, H223, in the Hamilton Wing of the International Home Furnishings Center in High Point, N.C., as well as the company’s headquarters/showroom in Boca Raton, Fla. She will also be developing proprietary product lines for RFA Decor clients, helping them to merchandise their dedicated art spaces and developing new product categories to better integrate art into consumers’ lifestyles.

“My personal mission is make this exceptional art resource, RFA Decor, an even more integral part of the home furnishings industry by creating new opportunities for our clients as an innovative resource and strategic merchandising partner,” Albright said.

Albright brings over 20 years of design expertise to her new position including creative direction, product development, merchandising and showroom planning for HFI Brands including Barclay Butera, Hotel Maison and Lilly Pulitzer; merchandising and product design for Hard Home, JCPenney; visual

merchandising of the Ralph Lauren, Henredon and Barbara Berry showrooms;
and creative direction for the start-up of The Home Co.

As an expert in branding and licensing, Albright has helped some of the most coveted home furnishings brands to create and refine both products and presentations in order to strengthen their brand positioning.

In addition to her professional experience, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/TV Broadcasting from Texas Woman’s University.
