Zenith Global Logistics Adds Trucks, Trailers to Fleet

Home furnishings supply chain leader Zenith Global Logistics reported that it has added 12 new trucks and 20 new ZCube Max Capacity trailers to its fleet.

“We’ve experienced an increase in both our regional and long-distance freight volume, and needed to expand our fleet accordingly,” explains Jack Hawn, President and CEO. “This investment will allow us to address our customers’ need for faster, more efficient, on-time delivery throughout the U.S.”

The fleet additions include 12 Freightliner Cascadia Evolutions, known for their fuel economy, as well as 20 Kentucky Trailer 53' AVCC-DF trailers, which it has branded as the ZCube Max Capacity trailer. This fleet expansion is the second this year for Zenith Global. In January, the company added 16 new Freightliner Cascadia day cabs at its Riverside, Calif. facility to address growing demand for freight moving through that warehouse and hub. Last fall, Zenith Global add 60 trailers from Utility to meet increased freight volume in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Texas as well as 10 Freightliner M2 straight trucks for local home delivery.
