Ametech Management Ltd. Signs Letter of Intent To Purchase Chromecraft-Revington

Amtech announced on October 17th, 2014 that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire certain assets of Chromecraft-Revington which include Chromecraft, Peters Revington, and Cochrane brands with the intent to warehouse and resume some manufacturing operations in Senatibia. The company expects the transaction to close in early 2015.
