The Furniture Training Company Announces the Retirement of Mark Lacy

The Furniture Training Company (FTC) has announced that the company’s President, Mark Lacy, will retire as of January 1, 2015. Mr. Lacy’s decision to retire will bring to a close a wonderful career of nearly 18 years of service to FTC and it’s parent company, LetterPress Software, Inc.

“Mark’s vision for service in the retail furniture industry was vital to the formation of The Furniture Training Company. We are grateful for the many valuable contributions Mark has made over the course of his career. His training talents and industry insights have been a real blessing to the company. Mark really cares about customer service and that has been the hallmark of his career.” said Dr. Mike Petersen, who will succeed Mr. Lacy as President.
