Jeffrey Hilbruner Joins Paramount Sleep

Paramount Sleep has announced that Jeffrey Hilbruner has joined the company as director of operations, reporting directly to Paramount Sleep President Richard Fleck.

Hilbruner brings more than 30 years of operational experience to the company, specializing in lean methodologies, team building and customer service. Hilbruner’s past positions include a 15-year career with Simmons Bedding as operations or production manager for a number of the manufacturer’s plant locations. He also served as vice president of operations for Taylor Bedding and as assistant plant manager for Sleep Innovations.
