Southern Living Presents a Gracious Panel on Opening Day at Spring Market 2015

Furniture World News Desk on 3/2/2015

The High Point Market Authority reported that it will feature Southern Living's Senior Homes Editor Zoe Gowen as she explores the meaning of "Gracious Design" and gets to the root of hospitable style with some of the South's favorite designers. This session will take place on opening day of Spring Market, Saturday, April 18, from 9:00am – 10:00 am, in the High Point Theatre at the Transportation Terminal.

Joining her are an illustrious panel including the internationally renowned author and designer Barry Dixon, New York-based interior designer and Mississippi native Meg Braff, Charleston's modern and bold designer du jour Angie Hranowski, and Gulf Coast designer and shop owner Paige Sumblin Schnell.

Each designer’s signature style – Barry's traditional look; Meg's colors; Angie's boldness; and Paige's clean but warm aesthetic – all differ, yet all maintain an element of graciousness and hospitality. The discussion will include the elements of gracious design, how to create hospitable homes, and how Southern-based design translates around the U.S., and the world.

This session is open to all Market attendees, and the breakfast buffet opens at 8:00am. An RSVP is required via email to marketing@highpointmarket.org by April 10.
