Lifetime Products Acquires Lightheaded Beds Furniture

Lifetime Products, Inc., a Utah-based manufacturer of folding tables and chairs, sporting goods equipment, outdoor storage sheds and lawn and garden products – announced today that it has acquired LightHeaded Beds, LLC., of Park City UT, adding the company's innovative lighting and furniture designs to Lifetime’s own lineup of family and home products.

“Lightheaded Beds has developed an innovative bed design which opens new ways to look at a child’s bedroom furniture,” said Richard Hendrickson, President of Lifetime Products, “and consumer response has been outstanding.”

Lifetime has agreed to purchase all of LightHeaded Beds’ assets, including its intellectual property, trademark portfolio, manufacturing equipment, inventory, and its retailer contracts. Now, beds and HeadLight Images previously distributed by Lightheaded Beds will be manufactured under Lifetime’s management. Employees of LightHeaded Beds will be joining the Lifetime team and will play a key role in the transition and new category development.
