Park Avenue Living Brand To Debut At High Point Market

During the October 2015 High Point Furniture Market, the designers and manufacturers of The Rug Market America and Rojo 16 reported that they will debut their new Park Avenue Living brand of home décor designs. Park Avenue Living’s origins are the result of efforts as the second generation of industry veteran Michael Shabtai’s family, Aaron and Andrew Shabtai add their expertise and design vision to the home category.

“The home décor segment is an ever-changing industry. Our family has been in the industry for years,” said Aaron Shabtai, co-president, Park Avenue Living. “Now with the new leadership as the second generation takes the helm of both retail and manufacturing operations, we are able to position this brand as a trend setting company aimed at reinvigorating the industry. Our plan is to infuse traditional styles with a millennial touch.”

Park Avenue Living, based in Los Angeles, Calif., will be introduced featuring the vision of both Aaron and Andrew Shabtai and their combined quarter century of experience and proven track record in the home décor and furnishings industry. Slated to debut during the October 2015 High Point Furniture Market under the Park Avenue Living brand will be accent benches, ottomans, dining chairs, bar stools, decorative mirrors, rugs and decorative accessories.

“With our knowledge in the area rug category as well as our home décor background, we feel confident Park Avenue Living will be positioned to continue our growth in the home segment,” said Andrew Shabtai. “Aaron and I understand the importance of service, quality and value and with the recent ARTS award given to Rojo 16 within its first three years of operation; our design esthetic is also being recognized within the home décor area.”

The Park Avenue Living collection will be on display in the Rug Market/Rojo 16 showroom in Suites at Market Square in High Point – showroom M-1000A. The brand’s website, which is in development, will debut during the market as well. Park Avenue Living will stock inventory ready for direct shipment to buyers on any orders placed during the fall market.
