E.S. Kluft & Co., manufacturers and distributors of Kluft and Aireloom luxury mattresses, recently announced that it is expanding its national accounts team with the addition of industry veterans Denise Mettner and Richard Harrison.

Mettner has been named national accounts representative for the Midwest, and will work with Macy’s, Bloomingdales and Hudson’s Bay Co. Harrison joins as key account executive for the company’s Pacific Northwest territory. Both have extensive bedding and retail industry experience, and each reports to Dominick Azevedo, vice president of sales for E.S. Kluft.

Prior to joining E.S. Kluft, Mettner was the key account sales representative for bedding supplier Dormeo. With more than 30 years experience in retail and wholesale furniture and bedding industries, Mettner previously worked for J.C. Penney Co., Serta and Montgomery Ward.

Harrison began his 26-plus-year career in home furnishings at The Brick as general sales manager. Prior to joining E.S. Kluft, he was the national account manager for Restwell Sleep Products in Canada. Harrison joined Restwell in 2008 as a sales and marketing executive.

“As our business expands with larger national accounts, we are adding seasoned professionals with significant experience to bring more value to our relationships with these retailers. Both Denise and Richard are great additions to our growing national accounts team,” Azevedo said.
