Manna Launches New Phoenix Distribution Center

Manna Freight Systems, Inc., recently announced the launch of its newest distribution center in Phoenix, AZ this week. Owner and President Alan Meehan said this is the fifth such operation the company has opened around the country in the past three years.
“We are excited about this expansion of our dedicated final mile business in the Southwest,” Meehan said. “Our leadership team there comes with hands-on experience from our very busy Chicago and Minneapolis operations. We’re pleased that they accepted the opportunity to relocate and they have hired local employees in the market.”
Manna’s Director of Distribution Centers Brian Tennant said the facility is located in 37,000 sq. ft. space is located in the Phoenix Star Corporate Center at 2110 S. 7th Avenue just off Interstate 17, and will be staffed with 15 employees led by DC Manager Chris Krupa.
Tennant said the DC is currently handling final mile home deliveries for Restoration Hardware’s Gallery at Scottsdale Quarter and is in negotiations with additional retailers.
