ManWah Holdings acquires 50% share of Home Group and It’s “Fleming” Brand

ManWah Holdings recently announced that is has acquired a 50% share of the Hone group and it’s Fleming brand.

Mr. Wong, Chairman of ManWah Holdings states, “Given the fast-changing demand in the Europe, China and North America markets, the strategic alliance with Home Group will create synergies across product development, sourcing, manufacturing and sales”.

Guy Ray, CEO of ManWah states “We look forward to Launching the Fleming Brand and product assortment to the North American Market. This European collection of high quality and affordable products will appeal to the young consumer, filling a major void in the market place”.

North American Retailers understand the need for a Global Brand with a European design and scale. Bringing this brand to North America will create that needed solution in attracting the Urban living younger consumer.

The Home Group and Fleming brand is being produced in Eastern Europe at 5 different factories located in Poland, The Baltic states and Ukraine. They have more the 2,200 employees and sell their products to prominent European retailers, including IKEA, Steinhoff and XXXLutz. 

The Launch of this brand for the North American Market will take place in this upcoming October Market. The Brand and collection will be presented in the newly expanded Man Wah/ Cheers showroom in Furniture Plaza Building room 412
