Customatic Adjustable Bedz Launches Customer Care Portal

Customatic Adjustable Bedz recently introduced its Video Care Series on a portal to assist technicians, retail partners and consumers to visually explain product information and basic troubleshooting steps in an easy to understand format.


Housed on the company’s website in a password-protected portal, the videos will provide in-home technicians with the ability to gain further knowledge and understanding of products and issues to solve problems in a timely fashion. Each video is formatted with the capability to be uploaded to retailer’s websites, offering extended convenience for customers, who will be able to troubleshoot problems at home.


“Video tutorials have become a mainstay in good customer service and this series will make it easier and more efficient for our customers to get answers to basic questions through a visually compelling presentation,” said Phil Sherman, managing director of Customatic Adjustable Bedz. “This new service is meant to supplement our already state-of-the-art call center and customer support, which serves our customers 24/7.”


The company has produced 30 videos to date. Each video can be downloaded to retailer websites and technicians’ smart devices for portable access.
