Classic Brands Expands Urban Loft Brand with Hybrid Line Las Vegas Market

Specialty mattress manufacturer Classic Brands reports that it is expanding its Urban Loft brand at the Winter Las Vegas Market with a hybrid line that incorporates “ice-cold” phase-change material to deliver a cooler night’s sleep. The four new mattresses feature a combination of specialty memory foam over high-coil count foam-encased coils for a supportive feel and are designed to capitalize on the increased consumer interest in hybrid designs.

Urban Loft Hybrid Blue offers 12.5-inch profile, 11.5-inch profile and two 10.5-inch profile mattresses, and the designs are priced to retail from $599 to $999 in queen.

“We continue to see more and more interest in hybrid construction and when those designs feature a cooling aspect, sales are almost automatic,” said Michael Zippelli, president and CEO of Classic Brands.

“The phase-change material is cool-to-the-touch and provides an enhanced experience that keeps consumers both cool and fresh while delivering maximum with support for a comfortable night’s sleep.”
The Urban Loft brand has been a strong line and continued to grow since Classic introduced it in 2015. Urban Loft includes a wide selection of collections, including Hybrid Black and Specialty, to give retailers an easily merchandised line.
