Pleasant Mattress Promotes Kevin Cooley To Field Sales Manager

West Coast bedding manufacturer Pleasant Mattress recently announced that it has promoted Kevin Cooley to the position of field sales manager, responsible for managing the company’s sales team. Previously, he had served in the role of territory manager for the company’s Los Angeles and Orange County territory.

Cooley, who has been with the company for more than three years, was named 2016 Sales Representative of the Year. In his new position, Cooley reports to Mike Moore, director of sales and marketing for Pleasant Mattress, who is engaged in the company’s overall marketing and product development strategies.

“As our business continues to grow, we are turning to an experienced sales leader to work with Mike to further develop our relationships with new and existing customers. We have a lot of confidence in Kevin based on his outstanding performance in opening new accounts and building strong relationships,” said Rion Morgenstern, president and CEO of Pleasant Mattress.

In addition to his position with Pleasant Mattress, Cooley is a published author of “Free Bird,” a novel about a U.S. Marine and his K-9 companion based in Baghdad.
