ICFF, North America’s largest series of design events for interiors in its 29th year, recently announced that they will welcome Alan Siegel of Levy Sonet & Siegel, LLP and Phyllis Harbinger of Phyllis Harbinger Design Consulting to The New York Metro Chapter of ASID Educational Stage on Monday, May 22 at 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm respectively. Harbinger will empower the audience with tips and tools on how to deal with toxic clients. Don’t let toxic clients throw your whole company out of balance! This session identifies the many different types of toxic clients and how to handle each one.

You will learn how to set boundaries to protect yourself and your team, how to prepare your team to manage a toxic client and the tools for creating an exit strategy/firing a client.
