Ashley HomeStore’s Hope to Dream Program and United Way of Suncoast Deliver 150 New Beds to Victims of Hurricane Irma

Ashley employees, from the company’s facilities in Tampa and Brandon, Florida, volunteered with the deliveries of the beds.
Ashley HomeStore’s Hope to Dream program partnered with United Way of Florida—Suncoast in December to help victims of Hurricane Irma. The organizations donated 150 twin beds with bedding to children in need. Ashley employees, from the company’s facilities in Tampa and Brandon, Florida, volunteered with the deliveries of the beds.
“Ashley HomeStore and the Hope to Dream program are proud to support our local communities and those who were affected by Hurricane Irma earlier this year,” stated Greg Kammer, Executive Vice President of Retail Operations, Ashley Global Retail. “Though it will take time to rebuild the damage that was endured, we hope this donation will help these children and their families in this process.”

A portion of the proceeds for every mattress purchased at one of the 435 participating Ashley HomeStores helps pay for beds for children in need.
