Las Vegas Market Reports Influx of Discoveries Exhibitors

Furniture World News Desk on 1/12/2018

Las Vegas Market recently announced that the newly-expanded Pavilions at Las Vegas Market will showcase its most comprehensive collection of temporary exhibitors providing vintage, antique and one-of-a-kind merchandise in Discoveries: The Antique Vintage Marketplace during the Winter 2018 Las Vegas Market, January 28-February 1, 2018. Beyond exhibits, Las Vegas Market also will offer Discoveries buyers a related series of seminars, tours and special events.

“Las Vegas Market has become THE industry’s top source for antiques, unique one-of-a-kind found objects, exclusive memorabilia and oddities repurposed for modern-day living,” said Pam Williams, Director of Leasing, International Market Centers. “The expansion into three Pavilions is allowing us to showcase not only a much broader selection of Discoveries resources, but also a more targeted segmentation of categories in Pavilions 2 and 3. As the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States, Las Vegas Market is committed to presenting the most exciting and dynamic presentation of temporary merchandise to serve the shopping needs of retailers and designers alike.”

The Discoveries: Antiquities category located in 16,900-square-feet in Pavilion 2 will feature an exciting presentation of found objects, antiques, repurposed and recycled home décor, furnishings, jewelry and clothing, all available for order writing and immediate delivery. These resources will be presented alongside Las Vegas Market’s existing HOME and new DESIGN HOME categories, and concurrently with the debut of Artexpo Las Vegas, creating cross-category synergies and efficiencies for buyers in all categories.

The renewal rate in Discoveries: Antiquities is at an all-time high, with an array of new and returning exhibitors, including: Brayden & Brooks, Djem Unique Design (formerly Kilim Home); Go Home/Golden Oldies; House of Cindy; Indus Design Imports; Kader Boly Art; Tasdemir Rugs; Uber Chic, and Vintage Addiction. Additionally, Arbor Antiques Services, Inc. – a Las Vegas Market partner since 2015– also continues to bring additional exhibitors and dealers of fine European and American antique furniture, antique linens, American primitives, silver, china, pottery, antique prints, rugs and more to Market.

The newly-opened Pavilion 3 will feature some 16,700-square-feet devoted exclusively to the Discoveries: Vintage, Global and Cash & Carry segments, serving as a unique resource for one-of-a-kind products including vintage home and personal accessories, global and repurposed/recycled clothing and jewelry, all available for immediate delivery and order-writing.

Pavilion 3 is expected to reach full capacity with a record number of new and returning exhibitors, including: Age of Industry, Arteliberal; Bali Queen; Barbie & Bella; Bombshell Betty Shop; Broke Jewels; Ethos Vintage Closet; My Mothers Buttons; Ole Gift; Spellbound Collection/Rodeo Royalty; Sweet Lola, and Widafouta Design USA.
