Zuo Modern Settles Lawsuit With Herman Miller

After 1 year of litigation, Zuo Modern Inc. announced that it has settled its lawsuit with Herman Miller Inc.  The agreement states that Zuo will stop selling the Lider, Lider Hi-back, Lider Conference, Espia, Nexos, Director, and Director Hi-back office chairs after August 23rd, 2011 In the United States. 

Limited stock on hand and in transit will still be available from Zuo for a limited time.

Zuo also announced that they will will be showing at Neocon in Chicago, June 14-16 in the Merchandise Mart Booth 8-2046, for the first time, and will be introducing 20 new, unique and exclusive office chairs.
