Surya Adds A New Product Development Head

Surya, a leading manufacturer of area rugs and home accessories, announced that Eva Di Adamo has joined Surya to head its Product Development team. Eva comes with 20 years of product development and merchandizing experience within the home accessories and fashion worlds, a combination that will add a new dimension to Surya’s already successful product development process.

Surya is known in the marketplace for its prolific, relevant, and trendsetting designs that coordinate well with the latest upholstery trends. Surya’s product development approach is highly differentiated.  Surya’s Research & Development team works closely with customers and industry partners to develop and test thousands of new designs before introducing those designs for wider consumption. This year Surya introduced over 1,000 new rugs, poufs, pillows, and throws that went through the Company’s rigorous market testing process.

Eva will be at the Surya showroom at the High Point Market, Show Place Suite 3233 from October 22 to 27 interacting with customers, designers, and partners.
