Lazar Industries Names New Director Of Sales And Marketing

Lazar Industries, LLC, an Interior Logic company, announced that it has appointed Don Graves its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Graves’ responsibilities will include customer relationships and services for Lazar, a special-ordermanufacturer of upholstered seating products. He will report directly to CEO Barry Lazar. Graves helped grow companies in three industries over the years. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Artisan House, a manufacturer of decorative metal sculpture manufactured in Los Angeles and sold to the home furnishings industry. "Customer relations are extremely important to us. Over the coming months, Don will be traveling and visiting our dealers. He will help us define strategies that will add to their bottom line," said Lazar. "We invite dealers to stop by our showroom at Market and get to know him." The 2002 Spring High Point Market will be held April 18-24, 2001, in High Point, N.C., with Lazar Industries exhibiting in showroom D817 of the International Home Furnishings Center, 210 E. Commerce Street. The showroom is located on the eighth floor of the Design Center wing. Graves’ previous experience includes successful marketing of products for the homebuilding supply industry. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Graves and his wife, Margot, have lived in the Los Angeles area for 25 years, currently residing in Huntington Beach, Calif.
