Capillo Promoted to Vice President of Training and Product Development for Shepherd

Joe Capillo, a senior consultant for Shepherd Management Group, has been promoted to Vice President of Training and Product Development. "I'll be responsible for all training and development for all Shepherd trainers and account managers," Capillo explained. Capillo will provide initial training to new consultants plus observe all trainers in the field. "My position was created in order to bring the highest, consistent quality of service to our clients," Capillo said. In addition to his training and observation responsibilities, Capillo will oversee development and methodology of all of Shepherd's programs, while also retaining a few of his key accounts, like Levitz. "Joe has been instrumental in the development of many of our highly effective sales and sales management programs. This position is a natural extension of his extensive retail experience," commented Ted Shepherd, CEO of Shepherd Management Group. Capillo is pleased with his new role at Shepherd. "I've wanted to use my talents in this arena for a long time, and I'm glad to have the opportunity."
