A GOOD LEADER...

  1. understands it’s important to match skills and attitude to the particular job in which they are involved.

  2. realizes those who lack the ability to perform the job with passion will never do the job well or be productive.

  3. recognizes that “over-qualified” employees will soon become bored with work.

  4. is aware that employees who are not challenged frequently turn to daydreaming, frustration and boredom.

  5. learns through experience that employees who do not feel fulfilled, challenged or see opportunity for advancement often seek growth potential elsewhere.

These weekly “Monday Morning Management Tips” are jointly provided by both Country View Woodworking and Furniture World.
