Las Vegas Market Expands Seasonal Offerings

Las Vegas Market recently announced that its seasonal offerings will expand again with the debut of four new showrooms at the Winter 2018 Las Vegas Market, January 28-February 1, 2018. These latest newcomers bring the total of seasonal resources to nearly 500 across the Market’s permanent showrooms and temporary presentations in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market.

“Las Vegas Market continues to attract innovative new suppliers, along with some of the seasonal industry’s most established brands,” said Leanna John, Leasing Manager for Gift & Home, International Market Centers. “As the nation’s fastest growing gift and home décor market, Las Vegas Market continues to add new vendors to the market, as well as to secure renewed commitments from seasonal industry leaders, making Las Vegas Market a clear choice for retailers looking for a breadth and depth of gift and home merchandise.”

Las Vegas Market welcomes four newcomers to floor C7 this winter: Adams & Co, (home and holiday decor); Oak Street Wholesale (yard décor, home décor, LED canvas pictures, and seasonal décor); Option 2 (Walpert holiday cracker, Silver Tree holiday, Christmas decorations and home décor); and Special T Imports (seasonal, gift, garden and home décor). Together, these four newcomers will utilize 6,000 square feet of showroom space.

Four of the Market’s current showrooms also are extending their commitment to the Las Vegas Market with lease extensions. Renewals include: burton & BURTON (balloons, gift baskets, floral products and party supplies with lines including Carla Grogan, Mossy Oak and MyOwnPet Balloons) in 10,000+ square feet on C8; C & F Enterprises (everyday and seasonal home décor, kitchen décor and bedding) in 10,700 square feet on C7; K & K Interiors (holiday, everyday and garden gifts and home decor) in 9,500 square feet on C7; and Timeless by Design (formerly Ohio Wholesale, nostalgic giftware and home decor including Radiance Lighted Décor) in 6,500 square feet on C9.

In total, Las Vegas Market features some 489 seasonal resources across its campus. A large number of the Market’s best known seasonal suppliers can be found on four floors in Building C – C6, C7, C8 and C9: Creative Co-Op (C7); Enesco (C6); Kurt S. Adler (C9); Melrose International (C9); My House (C6); RAZ Imports (C6); Sullivans (C9); The Gerson Companies (C8); and Transpac (C6). In addition, there is a large seasonal collective on C9, which includes Alexander Taron; Bearington Collection; Old World Christmas; PolarX; and Stoney Creek.

Another 100+ seasonal resources will be available to buyers and designers in temporary exhibits in The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market. Hanukkah Wishes Glass Jar, Instant Snow To Go!, Nature’s Essence, Out of the Woods of Oregon, Preciado Mexican Imports, Santa’s Workshop, Simply Scrumptious Confections, Studio Vertu Sun Day Greetings and Vivi Creation.
