E.S. Kluft Names New Vice President of Operations

E.S. Kluft & Company, which produces luxury mattresses under the Kluft and Aireloom brands, has appointed industry executive Luciano Saldana vice president of operations.
Saldana joins E.S. Kluft & Company with nearly 30 years of executive operations experience with leading mattress brands and is skilled in lean manufacturing techniques and the Kaizen process of continuous improvement. Most recently, Saldana was director of operations for Serta Simmons Bedding Co. in the Western Region where he was responsible for the company’s five manufacturing facilities in the area.
Saldana has held a number of positions within the organization where he was instrumental in improving overall efficiencies, safety, quality, service and culture, while managing facilities with a total of more than 1,000 employees.
