CASTELLE Announces New Management Hires

Castelle recently announced three new additions to its management team effective immediately. Ben Radoll, Stephanie Pereira and George Gikas have joined Castelle in newly created management positions.

“Castelle is proud of the advances it is making in the areas of product development and support and distribution channel growth,” said Mark Stephens, president, Castelle/Pride Family Brands. “With the addition of these individuals to our management team, our commitment to our sales and marketing staff and their efforts is evident. Ben, Stephanie and George all are tremendous professionals and we look forward to their contributions in each of their areas that will prove to enhance and grow Castelle’s position in the casual and contract channels.”

Furnishings industry veteran, Ben Radoll has joined Castelle as vice president – merchandising and market development. In this position, Radoll will lead these efforts for all Pride Family Brands/Castelle divisions. New product introductions as well as trade show and marketing initiatives will fall under Radoll’s supervision. Ben will be accountable for delivering a product portfolio architecture that will achieve company sales and margin goals as well as objectives by assessing market and company performance within all channels. His background includes sales and management positions within the Heritage Home Group including vice president sales – Thomasville-Broyhill-Lane. He resides in Greensboro, NC with his wife, AnneMarie and their two children, Nathan and Piper.

As the newly introduced vice president of sales for the eastern United States, Stephanie Pereira joins Castelle with the responsibility of support and guidance for the Castelle territory mangers in that region. Reporting to Rory Rehmert, senior vice president – sales for Castelle, Stephanie will lead the development and execution of Castelle retail sales initiatives and provide retail partners with the tools and resources needed to grow their businesses. Prior to joining Castelle, Stephanie also was with the Heritage Home Group as a vice president for alternative distribution as well as vice president of sales for Lane Venture. Pereira also served as national account manager for Waterford Crystal within her 13 years in the home market. She is a member of Lean Six Sigma – black belt trained. Stephanie resides in the Boston area with her husband, Teofilo and their son, Thomas.

To expand upon its contract sales efforts, Castelle is proud to announce that George Gikas has joined the casual manufacturer as vice president – contract sales. George is tasked with building upon Castelle’s contract and hospitality sales efforts. Gikas has an extensive background within the contract and hospitality category and will apply this experience to expand upon the current Castelle Contract division. Over his 25 years in the home furnishings industry, George has served in senior management roles with Ethan Allen and La Z Boy as well as Heritage Home Group. With Heritage Home Group, George directed a contract division responsible for sales to some of the country’s preeminent hospitality clientele. Gikas resides in Greensboro, NC with his wife and family.
