Customatic Technologies to Unveil ‘featherlite’ Update at Las Vegas Market

Furniture World News Desk on 7/26/2018

The popular Feather Lite adjustable base from retail solutions supplier Customatic Technologies is getting an update with a variety of custom options at the upcoming Las Vegas Market. The adjustable bed base, crafted with lightweight material to make it easy to ship, will give retailers and consumers the ability to tailor design the base to their tastes. Custom options include leg options, powder-coat finish colors and a plethora of fabric colors.

Customatic Technologies’ retail partners had requested the ability for customization of FeatherLite.

“We unveiled FeatherLite in January with great success, and the resounding message was that options that allow for consumers and retailers to design their own look would be a strong selling point,” said Phil Sherman, president of Customatic Technologies. “We’ve engineered every angle of this adjustable bed base so that each element can be designed from the leg style, to the finish to the color and pattern of the dura-mesh fabric. It’s a gamechanger in the adjustable base business as the category continues to appeal to a more style conscious consumer.”

The custom options include six leg choices, more than 50 mesh colors and patterns and 170 different powder-coat finish colors.

Priced to retail from $999 to $1,999, FeatherLite will be featured in Customatic Technologies’ Las Vegas Market showroom located at C-1428.
