Joelle Kuhlman Joins Hooker Upholstery as Vice President

Hooker Furniture Corporation recently announced that Joelle Kuhlman, a leather upholstery specialist with a combined 25 years of experience in leather, merchandising, and sales has joined the company in the new position of Vice President-Hooker Upholstery.

Reporting to Jeremy Hoff, president of Hooker Casegoods and Upholstery, Kuhlman is responsible for all aspects of merchandising and product development for the upper mid-priced leather upholstery line.

“Joelle brings a tremendous amount of experience as well as focus to Hooker Upholstery. Her established relationships with our key retail partners will help us continue our accelerated growth, while her experience and insight will help us stay on trend and chart the best strategy for Hooker Upholstery going forward.” he said.

Most recently, Kuhlman was with MorriSofa Global where she held the position of Vice President of Sales and Merchandising. Prior to that, she worked as a regional Vice President for Manwah/Cheers.
She resides in Greensboro with her husband and two children.
