King Koil’s Announces Four-Mattress ‘ibed Collection’

Furniture World News Desk on 2/5/2020

King Koil announced that they will introduce a four-model mattress collection designed to give retailers the ability to create a true omnichannel merchandising approach. Mattresses in the company’s iBed™ Collection are engineered to give retailers the option of delivering them as either compressed and roll-packed or conventional allowing them to best meet the preference of their customers.

Created to give King Koil’s retail partners options, the new collection’s two foam models and two hybrid designs can be delivered in a manner that meets consumers’ needs.

“The convenience of boxed beds continues to capture the attention of consumers, and our retail partners are looking to capitalize on the segment with unique alternatives,” said David Binke, chief executive officer of King Koil. “We know a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work, but creative solutions do. Hence, with iBed we’re giving retailers the ability to address each consumer’s needs whether that be a boxed delivery option or white-glove set up in the home.”

Priced to retail from $1,299 to $1,799 in queen, mattresses in the collection feature high-performance, fast-recovery visco foam and latex. The two hybrid models include edge-to-edge, wrapped coils. All of the beds are dressed in an all-white, 600 gram cover finished with Nitrogen™, a cool-to-the-touch technology for a cooler sleep experience.

About King Koil: A leading global mattress manufacturer, King Koil supports more than 30 licensees in more than 90 countries where King Koil mattresses are manufactured and sold. Headquartered in Avondale, Arizona, the company has a long, rich history that reaches back to 1898 when Samuel Bronstein founded United States Bedding in St. Paul, Minnesota. What started out as six employees in a small factory has continued to grow. During the 1930s, U.S. Bedding improved the bedspring and was looking for a new name for its product. From there, the King Koil name was born. For more information, visit www.KingKoil.com.
