Dorel Acquires Remaining 30% interest in Dorel Juvenile Brazil

Dorel Industries Inc. announced it is acquiring the remaining 30% interest in Companhia Dorel Brasil Produtos Infantis (Dorel Juvenile Brazil) and that the division will become a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company. The total investment is 4.3 million Brazilian Real (approximately US$1.6 million). One of the initial partners, Mr. Rafael Camarano, will continue in his role as President and CEO, a position he has held since inception in 2009.
