The American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame recently announced The After Party, following the conclusion of this year’s Induction Celebration on Sunday, Oct. 15. The networking event also offers an opportunity to congratulate the inductees and to meet the legendary 5th Dimension.

“For several years, many people have mentioned that they didn’t have the opportunity to congratulate the inductees after they had officially been inducted,” says Bob Maricich, Hall of Fame Foundation Board president. “We decided it is a good idea and we are fortunate that Samson Holding, Ltd. stepped up to make it happen. Most importantly, this new event is great for toasting the inductees socializing with friends and networking with industry leaders.”

Held in the Guilford Ballroom lobby immediately following the induction ceremony, the gathering will feature light snacks, wine, beer and specialty after-dinner coffee, along with a fun, energetic DJ to keep the night going.

The 2017 inductees – Donald H. Flanders, Sr., founder and chairman of Lloyd Flanders, Inc.; Vladimir Kagan, The Vladimir Kagan Design Group; Samuel Kuo, cofounder and chairman of Samson Holding Ltd.; and Bernard D. Moray, chairman of Gorman’s Home Furnishings & Interior Design – will be honored with the American home furnishings industry’s highest honor at the Induction Celebration Oct. 15 at the High Point Market.
