Southern Sky Home Names Furniture Industry Veteran Doug Cleveland Vice President of Sales

Southern Sky Home, a lifestyle home furnishings brand focused on artisan craftsmanship and sustainable design, has announced the appointment of Doug Cleveland to the newly appointed position of vice president of sales.
Cleveland has more than 30 years of experience in the better goods furniture business. He was most recently national sales manager at Harden Furniture, where he managed the company’s sales team, worked directly with national accounts and was responsible for the development and growth of Harden’s international business. During his 30+ year tenure at Harden, Cleveland also worked with other management team members on product development and marketing initiatives, and developed an interior designer direct program to improve access for the design community to Harden products.

In addition to overseeing Southern Sky Home’s sales team, Cleveland will collaborate with key accounts to develop tailored products and programs based on their needs, and work to drive new business opportunities for the company.
