Natuzzi Group CEO President Resigns

The Natuzzi Group announced that Aldo Uva has resigned from his position in the company as CEO. The CEO’s resignation will be approved on the 23rd of March by the Board of Directors; sub-sequentially Mr Pasquale Natuzzi, already President of the Board, will be appointed as CEO, subject to approval of the Board. The Board and the Statutory Auditors thank Aldo Uva for his high performance and his contribution during this important phase for the Company. “I am leaving my position as CEO for exclusively personal reasons” states Aldo Uva, “in this moment it is extremely difficult for me to express my own feelings, but first of all I would like to thank all the people that worked with me during this very intense period from both human and professional point of views.” Pasquale Natuzzi, Chairmen and majority shareholder of the Natuzzi Group has stated: “I took consideration of Aldo Uva’s decision, a remarkable gifted human being as well as an extraordinary professional, who has led an important re-launching of the Company plan. The Company will continue with the process of implementation of the Business Plan in order to pursue the forecasted goals. We have a clear vision, a strong team and the skills and determination to achieve it”.
