Allan Copley, a contemporary resource for high-styled occasional and accent furniture, and a division of D’style, Inc. announced that two of its designs were featured last month in the Bloomingdale’s 2010 Window Challenge. The Allan Copley designs displayed in the competition were the Snowmass bookcase and the Excel coffee table. Both of which are sold in Bloomingdale’s stores and online.

The challenge took place in the flagship New York City store, and consisted of three interior designers:  Bloomingdale’s, Apartment Therapy, and Elle Décor. Each designer created a model living space to be displayed in the store’s windows using Bloomingdale’s furniture.

Apartment Therapy’s designer, Maxwell Gillingham-Ryan, included the Allan Copley Excel coffee table in his dark, amorous den titled, A Writer’s Romantic Supper. The Excel table is unusually set with fancy dinnerware for a special occasion in the center of a writer’s library piled with books.

The winner of the competition, Elle Décor, featured the Allan Copley Snowmass bookcase in The Modern Woman living room display designed by Eddie Ross. This vibrant creation was inspired by a Media Mogul mom with a love for traveling and entertaining guests at home. The winner was picked after fans voted online for two weeks.
