To build on the positive response from its dealers on its odor-free foam technology, specialty sleep manufacturer durable products company dpc said that it has designed three new EcoSleep mattresses, Sensation, Obsession and Revelation, featuring CertiPur® foam technology. By combining Talalay Latex and Acellaflex foam technology into these mattresses, consumers will sleep cooler and keep their bedrooms smelling fresh. dpc will debut these additions in Las Vegas at the World Market Center Space B 908, August 2 – 6, 2010.

“The new EcoSleep Talalay Latex mattresses combine durability, fashion and comfort to ensure a better night’s sleep with less tossing and turning,” says dpc vice president of sales, Mike Schweiger.  “The combination of Acella-Flex foam with Talalay Latex promotes cooling air flow throughout the mattress to eliminate odors, bacteria and mold.”

These new mattresses carry a suggested price range from $799 to $1,499 in queen.  The Sensation is an eight inch mattress designed as an opening price point for this collection and features a combination Talalay Latex / Acellaflex core. The Obsession, a ten inch mattress with a progressive core design of EcoSleep Talalay Latex, and the Revelation, an eleven inch mattress with EcoSleep Talalay Latex, feature a luxurious, heavy weight, double-knit designer cover.

The latex layers are supported with 100-percent, odor-free Acella-Flex foam which features SRT™ strut reinforcing technology with thicker cell walls for more resilience and durability.  The open cell structure increases comfort and breathability and facilitates the odor eliminating technology with activated carbon in the manufacturing process.

EcoSleep Talalay Latex immediately conforms to the body and properly aligns the spine while providing up to 33 percent more pressure relief than memory foam.  It is made with a blend of natural latex milk from the Hevea brasiliensis rubber tree, and synthetic latex, which makes it hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, antifungal, dust mite resistant and odor-free.

The mattresses are shipped to retailers and consumers using the dpc’s flat-seal technology.  This process compresses the mattress to a uniform density one third of its original size before sealing and rolling. When compared to traditional torque compression and vacuum-sealing systems, this system consistently preserves the structural integrity of the whole mattress without creating undue stress on the mattress components.  Mattresses completely recover to their original shape and size quickly and without defect.

Founded in 2002, dpc LLC  offers a complete line up of visco, latex, air and innerspring mattresses for OEM and private label, and also develops and markets its own brands including EcoSleep environmentally-friendly mattresses and the luxurious Everloft pillows.
