Dominick Azevedo
Mattress Giant announced the addition of a new executive vice president of merchandising, Dominick Azevedo.
Azevedo joins Mattress Giant from Simmons Bedding Company, where he worked for 13 years and most recently served as executive vice president of sales. In that role, he had full responsibility for dealer profitability and was involved in all aspects of the operation including pricing, merchandising and product analysis.
In his new role, Azevedo will be responsible for identifying new merchandising initiatives through existing and prospective manufacturing partners as well as enhancing current initiatives such as store product offerings, sleep accessory offerings, the website and more.
