LMS Design Group announced that it is opening a 5,000 square-foot showroom inside Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center Las Vegas. The company, owned by Principal LouAnn Sanoff, is exclusive to Las Vegas and will emphasize Las Vegas Design Center’s reputation as a one-stop resource for interior designers and design- seeking consumers. The showroom will debut during Las Vegas Market, Jan. 24-28, 2011, and remain open year-round.
LMS Design Group is a Las Vegas-based, multi-line fabric and furniture resource that brings to Las Vegas Design Center a diverse assortment of textiles and furnishings, as well as wall coverings, lighting, luxurious Italian linens, high-end window coverings, upholstery, drapery hardware and more. Lines include Adriana Hoyos, Artifacts International, CR Currin, Evanson, Duralee, Highland Court, Jab Metropolitan, B. Berger, Maxwell Fabrics and others.
Sanoff, who is a Las Vegas native, says that opening a showroom at Las Vegas Design Center is a wonderful opportunity. "I am looking into the future. I personally believe that Las Vegas Design Center will be the place to be. Designers enjoy going to one place without having to travel. It's all about convenience and saving time.”
Sanoff spent years working in the hospitality industry before attending school for interior design and focusing on high-end homes. In 2003, she became frustrated with the design offerings in Las Vegas, so she started her own company. LMS Design Group caters to the residential design community as well as to the hospitality industry.
She says the move to World Market Center Las Vegas will take her business to a whole new level. “Our existing designer clientele will bring clients in, and we will gain exposure to new designer clients who currently shop at Las Vegas Design Center year-round. We will be in a phenomenal building. It's a win-win for everyone.”
