LS Advertising is Now LS Direct Marketing

Founder and president, Jeff Horowitz, officially revealed this week that LS Advertising has changed its name to LS Direct Marketing.  “Since opening our doors in 1997, our core business has outpaced the evolution of one-to-one communications. The new name, along with fresh tag line of “Data Driven Design”, reflects our ability to provide measurable, fully integrated direct marketing services for clients.”

This announcement comes soon after the company’s relocation in May from Mahwah, New Jersey to Suffern, New York.  Jeff Horowitz purchased a 24,000 square foot facility, formerly occupied by Suffern Fine Furniture, a business owned and operated by the Horowitz family since 1945.  

Following a nearly half million-dollar renovation, the space was divided to accommodate LS Direct Marketing’s headquarters and a new furniture retailer known as Suffern Furniture Gallery.  These two contemporary businesses offer employment and vibrant commerce for this New York City suburb.    

LS Direct Marketing began as a traditional advertising and print company servicing thousands of retail stores within the furniture industry.   They quickly expanded across a variety of markets, including automotive, healthcare, and nonprofit.  According to the company’s co-founder and creative director, Chris Knoebel, “We have a state of the art printing facility in Albany, NY that includes digital press technology such as the HP Indigo 7000 and Xerox’s I-GEN 4.  These printers, with built-in customization capabilities known as variable data printing (VDP), allow us to transform transactional and behavioral data into content design.”  Adds Chris, “That’s what we mean when we say ‘Data Driven Design’.  Our name and tag line now reflect our integrated approach, which gets our clients in front of their customers.”
