Ted Fine, CEO of Home of Fine Decorators, announced that as the exclusive designer for Turnberry Ocean Colony, Home of Fine Decorators will open its model condo directly adjacent to the sales center in February 2004. The model done by Home of Fine Decorators Designer Sheri Witlen will include Calcutta gold marble floors, high gloss white lacquered built in furniture accented with antiqued mirror, furniture finished in rich deep hand polished exotic woods with draperies and furnishings covered in the finest of imported fabrics, giving residents a look into the luxury interior of Turnberry Ocean Colony, a two-tower luxury condominium in Sunny Isles. Fine Decorators will design the 35,000 square foot club that is reminiscent of the affluent old-world West Indies and the exquisite contemporary lobby.
