The Unfinished Furniture Association (UFA) recently received an APEX award at The Fifteenth Annual Awards for Publication Excellence.

UFA proudly accepted the award in the One to Two Person-Produced Magazines & Journals category on behalf of UnfinishedBUSINESS magazine. Materials in this competition were judged on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and overall communications effectiveness. With close to 5,000 entries in numerous categories, competition was exceptionally intense. Editor, Frank Scussa, and graphic designer, Gregory B. Jones, work as a team to produce the official publication of the unfinished furniture industry, now on its seventh volume. “It’s nice to be acknowledged for our everyday efforts on UB,” noted editor, Frank Scussa. “We work very hard to produce such an exceptional publication for the association.” UFA is a national trade association of more than 650 retailers, manufacturers and sales representatives in the United States and Canada whose mission is to support the growing unfinished furniture industry.
