AQUA-LOK changes the way fabrics will be finished for strength and softness. The new ecologically-intelligent finishing process uses highly energized water to penetrate fabrics with a laser-like technology. Through the use of high-energy water, the fibers are displaced and uniformly redistributed in the fabric. With this special process, a binding effect creates a web-like backing called INVISICOAT . Textiles finished with this process will no longer need the conventional latex coating. In addition, this new process show significant improvements in pilling, abrasion, seam slippage and tensile strength.
