Hardwood Council Offers White Paper On Natural Materials

The Hardwood Council has published “Natural Selections: Past as Prologue?”, the first in a series of white papers on natural materials and sustainability. The Material Matters white papers will focus on material choices and considerations faced by design-build professionals. Each publication is in the question/answer format based on discussion with notables in a wide range of fields. “Natural Selections: Past as Prologue?” features excerpts of conversations about sustainability with architects and authors Peter Bohlin, John Connell and Huston Eubank, and the historian and engineer Henry Petroski.
