Furniture World News
Pulaski Furniture, one of America’s top 30 furniture manufacturers, has named Quixote Group Public Relations Agency of Record following an extensive national search.
Quixote Group, a marketing and public relations firm based in Greensboro, N.C., will provide strategic branding and message development, as well as media relations and event marketing for the company and its Antiques Roadshow™, Casa Cristina and Keepsakes Curio brands.
Quixote Group was selected from a field of national public relations firms with experience in the furniture and consumer products categories. Specializing in brand marketing and public relations, Quixote Group clients include Merz Pharmaceuticals, Blue Rhino, Unifi, Wacoal and American Express.
Pulaski Furniture is known for its leadership in design, progressive marketing and expertise in global sourcing. In an industry where timing and innovation are key, Pulaski continues to build its portfolio of licensed and proprietary brands.
“After interviewing several firms, we believe that Quixote Group is the best strategic firm for us. They brought diverse experience and we were looking for an innovative agency that would work in partnership to help grow our business,” said Jim Kelly, Executive Vice President. “They brought fresh ideas to the table and have an impressive track record of success.”
In Spring 2005, the company will re-launch its line of curios under the Keepsakes brand name and will introduce the Casa Cristina Collection at retail, a new Euro-Mediterranean furniture collection that reflects the inspiration of both old world European design and the savvy lifestyle of Latin media sensation, Cristina Saralegui. Pulaski also manufactures and distributes the Antiques Roadshow™ Collection, comprised of pieces inspired by original antiques discovered on the Antique Roadshow television show.
Antiques Roadshow is a trademark of the BBC and is produced under license from BBC Worldwide for PBS® by WGBH/Boston.
